Lash Technician (Classic, Volume, Anime Lashes)

About the Position:
This position focuses on delivering high-quality lash services, including classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, lash lifts and tints, and Anime / Manga-style lash sets. As a Lash Technician at Eye Candy MedSpa and Lash Bar, you will provide elevated, customized lash experiences from consultation through service completion and aftercare education.

This is a commission-based position at our Buena Park location, ideal for a skilled and motivated technician who is confident in both traditional and specialty lash styling and committed to client retention and growth. Technicians may earn tips and performance-based incentives in addition to commissions. Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lash extension services including classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, and Anime / Manga-style lash sets with precision and consistency.
• Create customized Anime lash designs, including spiked, textured, wispy, and editorial-inspired sets based on client preference and eye shape.
• Perform lash lift and tint services safely and effectively.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess lash health, eye shape, and desired aesthetic.
• Maintain lash integrity while achieving high-impact and creative results.
• Educate clients on aftercare, refill schedules, and proper lash maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation in compliance with state board regulations.
• Uphold Eye Candy MedSpa and Lash Bar’s standards for professionalism, service quality, and client experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and rebooking.
• Stay current on lash trends, especially evolving Anime and specialty lash techniques.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Board-certified Lash Technician (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of professional lash experience.
• Proficiency in Anime / Manga-style lash extensions is required.
• Strong skill set in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, and lash lift & tint services.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Reliable transportation to the Buena Park location.
• Efficient, meticulous, and committed to high-quality work.
