Packer

In this role, you will work directly with the product by spraying molds, adding toppings like bacon, and checking temperatures to ensure everything is baked perfectly. You’ll also be responsible for quality control—inspecting the egg bites as they move along the conveyor belt and removing any defects. Responsibilities

Perform any combination of following tasks in preparation of baked egg bites.
• Read production schedule or receive instructions.
• Spray product molds to ensure product does not stick and maintain its proper shape
• Fill product molds with product formulation
• Apply bacon and/or other production toppings
• Take product temperature throughout the baking and packaging process.
• Inspect bites moving along conveyor to detect defects and remove defective bites from
conveyor to reject bins.
• Demold baked egg bites in order to process them through the Broiler ovens

• Package finished product.
• Visually inspect for correct/incorrect labeling.
• Ensure product is packaged in the correct cases.
• Palletize and stack cases for shipment
• Ensure product is packaged correctly and quickly at production speed.
• Weigh product.
• Notify Lead and/or Supervisor of malfunctions.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow safety and sanitation company policy.
• Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Take direction by Shift Lead.
• Work in a different work area, as needed.
• Report any noticeable product defects to Lead and/or Supervisor.
