Compensation: $125-$150K Base + Uncapped Commissions (OTE ~$250-300K)

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality to lead new business development within the AI and enterprise technology space. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new accounts while expanding relationships across key industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience selling SaaS or AI-driven customer success solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on new customer acquisition.

• Proactively hunt for enterprise clients and build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and close.

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

• Accurately forecast and report on pipeline activity while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Represent the organization at virtual or in-person events to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

• Demonstrated ability to hunt, close, and grow new business accounts .

• Strong executive presence and consultative sales approach with C-suite decision-makers.

• Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to exceed revenue targets.

• Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
