Senior Accountant POST NUMBER: 457803
- Prepare financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable staff.
- Utilize ADP to process payroll, prepare payroll reconciliations.
- Prepare bank and account reconciliation.
- Reconcile and record inventory.
- Prepare all tax and business filings.
- Prepare fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Work with outside CPA firm to ensure they have accurate and complete records.
- Strong overall bookkeeper including; general ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, month end close, and financial statement preparation.
- Excel skills and Accounting Software knowledge required.
- Position will also liaise with the CPA firm and set policies & procedures.
- Degree or 5years of relevant experience required
- Mandarin fluency highly preferred
