Electrical Engineer
Join Our Client in San Jose, CA as an Electrical Engineer! Help shape groundbreaking scientific instruments with a global industry pioneer. Requires a Bachelor's in EE and 2+ years of experience in electrical hardware design, PCBAs, and troubleshooting. location: San Jose, California

salary: $65 - 70 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Lead root-cause failure investigations of complex analog, digital, and RF electronic circuits and PCBAs.
- Analyze schematics, PCB layouts, and Gerber files to identify design weaknesses and latent reliability issues.
- Partner with R&D and manufacturing teams to implement robust corrective actions and design improvements.
- Evaluate EMC/EMI-related challenges and propose effective grounding, shielding, and filtering mitigation strategies.
- Support sustaining and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including managing component obsolescence and EOL.
