Job details:
Position: ICU Registered Nurse – Nurse Lead SNSN SN
Location: Sonora, CA.
Shift: Nights – 3x12s (36–48 hours/week)
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Duties
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight within the ICU department during night shifts.
• Deliver critical care nursing services to ICU patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities and support nursing staff operations.
• Respond to emergent patient care situations and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of practice required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience required
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills required
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required
• Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience within the last 3 months required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years technical experience preferred
• RTO, birthdate, and SSN required at submission
