Who You Are
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Motivated by performance and income
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
Qualifications
- CA P&C license preferred (not required, licensing assistance available)
- Based in or near Orange County, CA
Compensation
- Typical range: $60,000$110,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)
- Top performers often earn $90,000$120,000+
