Position Overview:

As a Retail Customer Engagement Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients products and services get in front of as many potential customers as possible. Having a natural ability to build rapport and engage with all demographics is pivotal to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact between our clients and prospective customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and collecting any necessary information with professionalism
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients products and services through comprehensive training sessions and continuous hands-on learning opportunities.
• Offer personalized options to interested customers, recommending products and services tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Calm under pressure and naturally helpful attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth
• Friendly, people-oriented demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Santa Ana, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
