As the Manager, Insights Consulting, you will lead multiple research and analytics projects that support strategic business objectives. About the team:
The Platform Insights Analytics Team delivers data-driven insights that guide content strategy, product development, and advertising effectiveness. This team transforms complex data into clear dashboards, audience segments, and performance analyses to support informed decision-making. Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, the team applies advanced research methodologies and analytics to solve business challenges. What you'll do:

• Manage multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives and category strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership partners to define goals, develop hypotheses, and establish research plans addressing key business challenges.
• Analyze complex data sets using advanced methodologies to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to Directors, supporting implementation of business solutions and functional initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver consultative solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience managing multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives.
• Strong expertise in research methodologies, data science, and advanced analytics to address complex business challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Skilled in problem-solving, hypothesis development, and data identification to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance performance.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders at various levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
