Role Summary
As a Lead Generation representative in Sacramento, CA, you help connect customers with Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort by starting friendly conversations and capturing interest for follow-up. This role exists to create a strong first impression and build a steady pipeline of qualified customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:- Engage shoppers and introduce our home comfort solutions in a clear, professional way
- Ask a few qualifying questions and secure customer contact details for next-step outreach
- Accurately enter leads using a cell phone app and maintain clean, timely records
- Represent the brand with integrity and a customer-first approach Required qualifications/skills:
- Customer service and sales communication skills (lead generation a plus)
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people; dependable and punctual Pay is $16.90–$25. Retired candidates, or someone who is looking for part time work with sales experience, are encouraged to apply. Submit your application to get started. What Your Shift Looks Like
You’ll arrive onsite and set up to greet steady foot traffic, staying approachable and ready to chat with anyone who walks by. Expect to be on your feet for the full shift, balancing quick introductions with longer conversations when someone wants details. Between interactions, you’ll log information promptly in the mobile app on your phone, double-checking entries for accuracy. The schedule is typically Thur–Sun with some flexibility, and you’ll use your own personal transportation to get to your assigned location. This is a strong fit for Retired candidates, or someone who is looking for part time work with sales experience, who enjoy staying active and meeting new people.
