Job Description
Your Career
We're searching for a Principal Product Manager to spearhead our Cloud NGFW Partner offering. This is a pivotal role within our Software Firewall business, a recognized industry leader in cloud network security and home to one of the fastest-growing network security products on the market. In this position, you'll be instrumental in enabling key partners like Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud to empower their customers to secure their cloud journey. You'll achieve this by co-delivering best-in-class, comprehensive network security solutions that offer the simplicity of native cloud services by working closely with the Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud teams.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you'll lead the charter to build and scale the business. You'll have an in-depth understanding of platform metrics and will be key in driving insights. We foster a results-oriented culture on this team. While you'll have the resources and organizational support to execute, you'll ultimately be responsible for achieving significant business outcomes.
Your Impact
- This role requires strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate and work effectively across organizational boundaries
- You will be the mini-CEO of your product. Thought leadership and collaboration are key
- You must have a deep-seated passion for technology and for building and growing SaaS products
- You are comfortable managing competing priorities and handling ambiguity
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in Cloud Security in Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud
- Define product requirements and manage requirements backlog
- End-to-end Product Lifecycle Management from PRD, UX, Engineering Engagement, TechDocs, Support issue
- Most importantly, we are looking for the attitude “No work is below my dignity to grow my business as I am the CEO of this product
- Be independent and take ownership seriously
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Use of AI tools to augment the PM work is a big plus
- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent military experience preferred
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally on SaaS products
- Domain experience in public cloud technologies preferably Oracle and Google Cloud
- Domain experience in Networking and Network Security is a plus
- Experience in driving high-velocity product releases using Agile methodology
- Experience in making product decisions based on incomplete or imperfect data
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $166000/YR - $268500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here .
