Sales Manager (Call Center)
Sales Manager – Call Center/Branch Sales
Location: 5 days/week onsite in Gardena, CA
Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 base + benefits + OTE
We’re partnered with a well-established financial institution with a long-standing presence in the market that’s entering a new growth chapter. The organization is intentionally evolving from a service-first environment into a sales-led, performance-driven culture , creating an opportunity for a hands-on sales leader to make immediate impact across call center, digital, and branch sales channels.

Qualifications
- 3+ years managing sales teams within a financial institution call/contact center
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales goals
- Strong coaching and performance management skills (huddles, 1:1s, call reviews)
- Hands-on leadership style; comfortable working directly with reps
- Experience with cross-sell and/or telemarketing environments
- Working knowledge of financial products and compliance
- Proficient in Excel and sales tracking tools (AI tools such as Copilot a plus)
