Network Engineer
Location
This position is 100% in-office and reports to our facility on site in Corona, CA (must be local or willing to relocate at your own expense).

As a Network Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest networking hardware and software from industry leaders like Cisco, f5 Networks, Pure Storage, and Palo Alto Networks. We're looking for a motivated professional with enthusiasm for working in a collaborative in-office environment with our talented IT team.
As a member of our network engineering team, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and security of our network. The stability of both our internal systems and the infrastructure supporting our customers is essential to our service delivery and your efforts in helping maintain 99.999% uptime will be vital to our success. This position offers opportunities for growth and the chance to work alongside a skilled team within a complex and dynamic infrastructure.
Key Focus Areas
- Cisco network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Palo Alto firewalls
- F5 load balancing solutions
- WAN/Internet architecture
- SD-WAN, VPN and high-availability design
Salary Range
$90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize internal LAN and associated network equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network-related projects and initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency after-hours support
- Diagnose and resolve network issues in support of a 99.999% uptime SLA
- Research new technologies and educational opportunities continually
- Maintain network in accordance with established security and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in network engineering or a similar role
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP or CompTIA Network+
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Experience with enterprise networking technologies and protocols (OSPF, BGP, QoS, etc.)
- Knowledge of network security, virtualization, and storage concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance
