Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join the Marketing team supporting digital demand generation and new sales growth initiatives . This role is responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns, identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, and driving engagement with both new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and skilled at leveraging digital tools and outreach strategies to generate high-quality sales opportunities. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to track campaign effectiveness, optimize lead flow, and support sales readiness.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Execute inbound and outbound lead generation via phone, email, and digital outreach.

Research and identify potential customers using CRM and marketing automation platforms .

Engage decision-makers to understand their business needs and qualify opportunities.

Collaborate with territory managers to route sales-ready leads and ensure proper handoff.

Leverage tools such as Salesforce and digital marketing databases to maintain and update lead records.

Create weekly reports on outreach performance, lead volume, and conversion metrics.

Use available data to craft tailored communication strategies for different markets and customer types.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new targets.

Contribute to the development and refinement of lead generation scripts, workflows, and reporting templates.

Participate in team meetings to review pipeline metrics and recommend campaign improvements.
Must Haves (Required Qualifications):

1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or marketing operations.

Ability to manage high-volume outreach and maintain professionalism in customer interactions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for tracking leads and pipeline activity.

Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret lead data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and email marketing tools.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills):

Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo .

Experience mapping company sites or identifying key contacts through digital research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Understanding of digital marketing, campaign reporting, or lead nurturing processes.

Exposure to the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
