Role Summary

Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, driving CRM innovation and business process automation.

Key Focus Areas

• Development : Build with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Visualforce; integrate via REST APIs.
• Architecture : Design robust, reusable solutions; reduce technical debt.
• Leadership : Mentor developers; ensure code quality and best practices.
• Optimization : Enhance performance, automate processes, and support DevOps.
• Collaboration : Partner with global teams to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7 years Salesforce experience
• Expert in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Clouds
• Strong API and integration skills
• Required: Platform Dev II, Community, Service Cloud, JavaScript certs
• Preferred: Architect certifications
• Bachelor’s in CS or related field (Master’s preferred)
