HR Manager (Day Shift) Direct Hire | Santa Fe Springs, CA | Up to $120,000 Base Salary Overview A rapidly growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support a large, high-volume workforce across multiple facilities in Santa Fe Springs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership while overseeing employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300-400 employees that continues to grow. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments and enjoys being highly visible on the floor partnering directly with employees and managers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across multiple facilities Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management initiatives Provide guidance to leadership regarding employee issues, compliance matters, and HR best practices Partner closely with operations leaders to support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and engagement efforts Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Support onboarding, new hire orientation, policy administration, and employee development initiatives Analyze workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting using Excel and Google Sheets Assist with process improvements and HR initiatives to support continued organizational growth Foster a positive workplace culture while balancing business and operational needs Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English required 5 years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-volume operational environments Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience Working knowledge of California employment laws Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Must be comfortable working onsite full-time in Santa Fe Springs Additional Information Company is experiencing significant growth and recently expanded operations Employee population averages 300-400 employees and increases during peak season Occasional extra hours and weekend availability may be required during busy periods Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization
