We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for a permanent position in our dynamic and fast-paced company. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on managing large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and development to final execution and completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to make a significant impact in our growing organization. Responsibilities: As a Construction Project Manager, you will: 1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure.
2. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
3. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
4. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
5. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
6. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and guidelines.
8. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
9. Coordinate efforts across entire project teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
10. Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3. Proven ability to lead a team and manage large-scale construction projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction industry best practices, equipment, and workflows.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Proficiency in project management software tools.
7. The ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
8. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
