What You'll Do:

• Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and validation of new and modified designs
• Support prototype development and oversee design testing processes
• Collaborate with drafting teams to provide detailed design documentation
• Guide support personnel in design execution and development activities

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• 3+ years of experience with CAD tools (NX preferred) and product design

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
• Strong simulation and modeling skills
• Familiarity with AI applications in mechanical design
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and strong communication skills
