Project/Program Management Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Scope projects, create work plans, and track progress against schedules and budgets.
- Maintain and update project plans using MS Project or similar software.
- Ensure adherence to project quality requirements and execution methodologies.
- Generate and present reports on project outcomes and status.
- Support associates in learning and adopting project management technologies.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
- Experience in shared services or BPO organizations preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong project scheduling skills.
- Expertise in PPPM tools like MS Project and Project Server.
- Agile mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Mastery in project execution, tracking, and collaboration across diverse teams.
