Business Development Manager Offline Marketing (Bilingual Mandarin) Job Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for products or services. 2.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop corresponding strategies. 3. Design and execute offline marketing campaigns, including event planning, hosting conferences and exhibitions, and collaborating with partners. 4.Establish and maintain good relationships with educational institutions, organizations, or relevant industry partners. 5.Supervise the daily work of the marketing team, including task allocation, training, and development of team members. 6.Manage and execute marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization and achieve expected marketing goals. 7.Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features and customer needs, ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies. 8.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust and optimize based on feedback and data. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, with extensive experience in offline marketing.
• Prior experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in successfully managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with people at different levels and backgrounds.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of data analysis and market trends, able to make effective decisions based on data.
