Open Roles

RF Engineer — Spatial RF (Compensation: $160K–$170K)

What you’ll do

• Conceive and design RF/microwave subsystems for aerospace, defense, and satellite communications.
• Run simulations and modeling; execute circuit‑level design for RF components and assemblies.
• Lead integration, test, and verification to meet exacting program requirements.
• Diagnose issues, optimize performance, and validate across diverse operating conditions.
• Drive the transition from development to production with documentation and manufacturing guidance.
• Collaborate across systems, hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of hands-on RF hardware design experience.
• Proven skill designing, simulating, building, and validating RF/microwave circuits and subsystems.
• Background in Electronic Warfare or Radar is a strong plus.

RF Test Technician (Compensation: $25–$30 per hour)

What you’ll do

• Tune and test RF/microwave power amplifiers at X, Ku, and Ka bands.
• Handle, tune, and test open‑chip semiconductor devices with precision.
• Test RF/microwave products from development through introduction to production.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of direct experience.
• Knowledge of IPC 610 and MIL‑STD‑883/‑750/‑1580.
• Fluency with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and related lab gear.
• Familiarity with epoxies and bonding materials.
• Experience with manufacturing tools: reflow and curing ovens, pick‑and‑place, DAP furnace, cleaning systems, etc.
• Comfortable performing detailed work under a microscope.

RF Mechanical Assembler (Compensation: $25–$30 per hour)

What you’ll do

• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies to specification and under simulated conditions.
• Assemble small to medium components; perform connector and harness installation.
• Use hand tools and torque tools accurately.
• Execute cleaning, bonding, and precision measurement.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of RF mechanical assembly experience.
• Soldering experience; IPC J‑STD‑001 and/or IPC A‑610 certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of IPC and relevant military standards.
