Exchange Administrator
• Manage email accounts, distribution lists, and mail flow.
• Troubleshoot Exchange and server issues during and after duty hours.
• Support data migration and transfer activities into the network. Required Qualifications • AA/AS from an accredited college or university, OR 3+ years of related technical experience in lieu of degree.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Active IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA Security) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• Microsoft Exchange certification.
• Subject matter expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Azure, and Office 365.
• U.S. Citizenship. Desired Qualifications • BA/BS in Information Technology or related field.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Hybrid Exchange / Exchange Online migration experience.
