About the Role

Our client is an AI platform redefining how companies interact with the government by matching them to defense contract opportunities they are most likely to win. The company is backed by top defense investors, is profitable , has hit $1M ARR in under 8 months, and is growing at 60% MoM . This mission-driven role focuses on solving critical national security problems.

They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to be a Founding Engineer for building the core data pipeline and user-facing application. You will own the process of transforming a "firehose" of daily government data into useful, browsable, and interpretable insights for defense companies.

What You'll Do

• Founding Data Pipeline: Design and build the core data ingestion and processing pipeline to make daily government contract and procurement data useful.
• AI Agent Development: Build and utilize AI Agents and LLMs effectively to match opportunities and structure data.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Work across the stack to build intuitive UIs and robust backend systems, with an ideal lean of 70/30 backend/frontend .
• Customer Collaboration: Directly engage with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and iterate on the best way to browse and interpret contract data.
• Mission Focus: Apply your technical skills to solve mission-critical national security problems.
• Rapid Iteration: Be willing to learn and iterate quickly within a fast-paced "hacker culture."

• 0-7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer (2 years minimum SWE experience required).
• Expertise in Python and building intuitive UIs with React & Next.js .
• Experience building AI Agents and utilizing LLMs .
• Passion for solving mission-critical national security problems.

• Salary: $130K - $230K
• Equity: 0.5% - 1.5% (High early-stage equity).
• Visa Sponsorship: Not available .
