**About the Role**

As a Friend American on our Developer Success Team, you are the bridge between our foreign developers and the U.S. companies they build for. You remove obstacles, keep communication clear, and handle the day-to-day operations - information, work environments, payments, and coordination - so engineers can stay focused on building outstanding software.

This is a people-first, organization-heavy role. You don't need to write code. You need commitment, patience, and a strong work ethic. We provide the training.

**What You'll Do**

Share project information - relay context, clarify client expectations, and keep everyone aligned.

Set up work environments - help coordinate tools, access, onboarding, and workspaces developers need to be productive.

Support payments & compensation - assist with payroll, invoicing, and compensation logistics so developers are paid reliably.

Coordinate communication - sit between clients and developers, keeping conversations clear and professional.

Manage meetings & schedules - organize calendars, run point on scheduling, and keep engagements on track.

Organize documentation - keep project docs, requirements, and notes clear and accessible.

Guide U.S. workplace norms - help developers navigate American business culture and expectations.

Track progress & remove blockers - spot what's slowing a developer down and clear the path.

Look out for developer well-being - be a dependable, human point of contact.

**What We're Looking For**
