Telecommunications Analyst

Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer. HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
- Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
- Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
- Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
- Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in IT related field desirable.
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
● Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.
● Preferred Skills: Voice and Video technologies
● Location: On Customer Site: ZOA ARTCC (FAA)
