Entry Level Machine Operator

Responsibilities
- Operate manual machining equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Basic manual machining skills and familiarity with machining tools.
- Experience operating punch presses and laser punch presses is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
