Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems in Woodland, CA and nearby communities

• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations with attention to quality and safety

• Communicate service recommendations clearly with homeowners

• Provide excellent customer service during every appointment

• Coordinate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle

• Follow company safety standards and procedures

• Service customers within a 20-mile radius of Woodland, CA

• 1 to 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Experience discussing service recommendations with homeowners

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, occasional weekends, and emergency service calls as needed

• Ability to lift, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces when required

• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position
