Benefits Data Analysis & Research Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Benefits Data Analysis & Research Analyst for a 6 month contract and fully remote Role (Bay Area, CA candidates only). About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Data Analysis & Research Analyst to support pension-related benefits operations. This role centers on reviewing case-based employee data, identifying and correcting discrepancies, researching information across multiple systems and performing high volume, accurate data entry in a fast paced, independent work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate employee data within assigned cases
- Research discrepancies across multiple internal systems and scanned documents
- Correct data issues tied to employment events, LOAs, and pensionable hours
- Perform high volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
- Utilize Excel for simple pivot tables and basic analysis
- Work independently in an online setting while handling a high case volume
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field
- Excel and Word required; HRIS platforms preferred
- Strong research, analytical, and data entry capabilities
- High attention to detail and investigative mindset
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with a high sense of ownership
- Proven ability to operate in a fluid, cross functional, matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative, collaborative mindset
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams
