Receptionist

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Receptionist to join our award-winning team in our San Diego office. We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm, recognized for our sixth consecutive year as a Best Law Firm® by U.S. News & World Report's Best Lawyers®. As a Receptionist, you will have an essential role in supporting our attorneys and clients and contributing to our firm’s continued success.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, check voicemail, take messages, and transfer calls
• Receive, track, and organize incoming firm mail and packages
• Send faxes and emails both internally and externally
• Maintain conference room calendar and ensure preparation for meetings
• Greet clients and vendors in a professional manner and direct accordingly
• Multi-task assignments efficiently and in a timely manner
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
