TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Crescent City, California, 95531!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 5 years required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS TNCC Must-Have: Previous charge experience Epic charting system experience Trauma Level II experience Travel experience required Description: ER Registered Nurse needed. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience as per manager's requirements. Every other weekend is required. Patient ratious are approximately 4:1 on days and nights. Candidates must have experience managing critically ill patients. Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, ventilated patients, central lines, and continuous IV sedation is essential. Candidates should be skilled in managing dysrhythmias and administering procedural sedation. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census ranges from 50 to 70 patients. This position requires proficiency in isolation precautions and PPE. There will be interdisciplinary support from various services. Candidates should be prepared to provide a seven-year work history verification. All submitted certifications must be AHA-approved and held at the time of submission.
