Operating Data Center Construction Director

1. Experience:
   • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in constructing, testing, and qualifying data centers or clean rooms within the electronics industry.
   • Proven track record of managing projects with no involvement in litigation related to personal integrity, building performance, utility system performance, or any nonperformance issues attributed to the employer.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Experience in monitoring contamination control, including air and surface particle counts.
   • Understanding of data center infrastructure, especially in power distribution, cooling systems, and network operations.
3. Quality Control:
   • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality control procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.
   • Experience in conducting regular inspections and maintaining scheduled maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards pertinent to data center construction and cleanroom environments.
   • Experience ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to safety and environmental concerns.
5. Leadership Skills:
   • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
   • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges.
6. Communication:
   • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
   • Proven experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.
