Human Resource Generalist (Aerospace/Manufacturing)

You’ll report directly to our Human Resources Director (based in City of Industry, CA) and serve as the on-site HR leader , playing a key role in supporting employees and driving day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll DoAs the on-site HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, managing a wide range of HR responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Deliver a welcoming and effective new hire onboarding experience
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, helping resolve issues and support a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions
- Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping audits
- Prepare HR reports and track key metrics
- Support workers’ compensation and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (DOE)

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG) preferred
- HR certification preferred (or working toward one), such as SHRM-CP or PHR
