TM1 & Informatica Planning Systems Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models including cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feeders
- Build and support TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data loading, transformation, validation, and automation
- Develop and enhance Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) content
- Support budgeting, forecasting, OPEX, revenue, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning processes
- Implement and manage TM1 security at cube, dimension, element, and application levels
- Optimize TM1 models, rules, and feeders for enterprise-scale performance
- Develop and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and scheduling processes
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely data integration
- Support financial close, planning refresh cycles, UAT, production releases, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot data, reconciliation, and performance issues across TM1 and Informatica platforms
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and runbooks
- Participate in planning system modernization, upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and data control standards
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise financial planning systems
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including cubes, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator (TI)
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
- Experience integrating planning systems with ERP, EDW, or cloud data platforms
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)
- Knowledge of TM1 security, performance tuning, and enterprise planning solutions
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, FP&A, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of IT-relevant experience OR
- 7+ years of IT-relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree.
