K7 Stacker
- Responsible for running the pre-feeder effectively and not allowing the machine to stop
- Performs incoming inspection ahead of time to ensure material is adequate for running. Caliper/ Warp/ Size, etc.
- Keeps tags from units to ensure we have consumed all units correctly
- Makes load tags for operator
- Orders pallets for jobs to be ran
- Gathers proper dunnage for operator
- Assists with setting up print and die cut sections of die cutters accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques
- Ensures all bolts on cutting dies are in place and tighly secured
- Understands the zero position of the cutting die section as well as the printing units
- Inspects anilox rolls for damage , before and after proper training
- Understands and Performs a one box set up
- Inspects all dies before and after each run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run
- Monitors box quality, including but not limited to lose liner,warp, correct size, and print throughout the run
- Achieves 100,000msf per hour on thru run
- Maximizes the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed
- Assists with necessary report in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to Production, Data, Machine Operational Status, waste, downtime Safety Data, Quality Data
- Assists Operator with maintenance work orders to Supervision for needed repairs
- Interacts with the ink technician to find optimal color sequence and color matching
- Performs other related duties as needed

- Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
- Maintains cleanliness of machine.
- Ensures the compliance of safety guidelines.
- Wears the proper safety equipment for the environment including safety glasses and steel toe shoes.
- Performs other related duties as needed.
- High School diploma/GED required
- Must have ability to see and differential color
- Efficient use of computer

- Ability to recommend and implement customer solutions to drive top and bottom-line improvement.
- Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast pace work environment.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
- Read tape measure with speed and accuracy
- Calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate
- Apply concepts of high school math
- Equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation.
- Product layouts and production specifications.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee is required to stand for long periods of time go up/down step ladders, stairs and elevating platforms. The employee frequently is required to use their hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to perform repetitive motions and must have strong finger dexterity.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds utilizing the buddy system. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, peripheral and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee works around powered industrial trucks, heavy objects, conveyor systems, and machines including highly energized systems such as pneumatic and electrical systems. The employee works with chemicals, high heat items, and sharp objects. The employee uses pneumatic systems including air and water hoses. The employee must be able to adapt to a changing work environment.
