GUI Developer (Temp Contract)

Diamond Technology is a Technical Services company. We have a business client who is a large local public organization with an opening for the following position:

JOB TITLE: GUI Developer (Temp Contract)

DESIRED START DATE: Soon

LOCATION: San Francisco: Hybrid (4 days Onsite & 1 day Offsite)

DURATION: 6 to 8 months. 40 hours a week.

HOURLY RATE: $79ph to $88ph

Scope of Work: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Telerik UI for Blazor, Geo mapping tools

Skillset:

· Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and integration of Rest API's.

· Familiar with Telerik UI for Blazor components

· Apply ASP.NET Core Blazor framework to build interactive client-side web UI on C# and with a shared server-side and client-side app logic

· Azure and AWS cloud architecture proficiency

· Configure Azure DevOps pipelines for build and deployment

· Familiar with GitHub repositories

· Good knowledge of SQL

Tasks:

· Develop all the GUIs which are currently supporting a parking application. They are namely in below functional area

i) Parking space inventory (PSI)

ii) Special events programming

iii) Rate change manager

iv) Allowed Values

· Develop integration of the PSI GUI with open Geo mapping tool

· Develop integration with Azure SQL server

· Ensure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back end.

· Collaborate with back-end developers, middleware programmers to integrate various sections of the overall parking application

· Integrate with cloud services used by the applications as well as with third-party APIs, files, and data storage.

· Participate in Agile team discussions and code reviews

· Review quality and completeness of GUI functionality with business analysts and subject matter experts.

Compensation: $79.00 - $88.00 per hour
