QA and Reporting Specialist
DSSI is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to work with a workforce services development company in Escondido. This is a contract position-6 months.
This role conducts case file and record reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions and to ensure contractual performance expectations are met.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in accordance with established County, contract guidelines and company policies and procedures.
- Performs comprehensive “cover to cover” compliance reviews on case files to ensure accuracy of data and narrative inputs.
- Supports the identification of training needs based on error trends.
- Takes charge of personal development to achieve an individual case accuracy target of 95%.
- Assists the QA, Training, and Reporting Manager to ensure team goals are met.
- Reviews staff responses to quality Audits ensuring accurate corrections have been made and maintain a tracking system to identify error trends.
- Compiles monthly performance reports.
- Review project data to ensure adherence to established Contract guidelines.
- Assists with review of departmental processes and procedures, analyzes monthly data and reports to ensure continued improvement of operations.
- Ensures confidentiality of all information regarding staff performance and compliance.

Position Requirements
- Associates degree in Human Services, education, psychology, sociology or related field required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Email and Data Entry
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Driver's License with good driving record.
- Must report to Escondido office as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Temporary 6 month contract
Salary: $25-$27 per hour
