Compensation: $200K - $275K

We are building the first telemetry and production system designed for large language models (LLMs) , giving them complete visibility into and control over running software, beginning with automatic error fixes.

We are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Product Engineer who is comfortable wearing all hats in a fast-paced environment. This role is highly dynamic, bridging classical full-stack engineering with cutting-edge Generative AI product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Engineering: Work across the entire system, from optimizing telemetry gathering to deep-dive customer issue resolution.
• AI Feature Development: Increase the general intelligence of our system by building advanced AI features, including context engineering and custom GenAI tools .
• Product Ownership: Work directly with customers to understand issues, diagnose problems (e.g., why one fix was successful and another failed), and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Constantly absorb new knowledge about the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape to operate at the technological cutting edge.

You will join a small, aggressively funded team focused on enabling AI to seamlessly keep applications running.

• Experience: 3 - 7 years of experience as a full-stack product engineer at a high-growth start-up .

• Full-Stack Mastery: Proficiency in our core technical stack: TypeScript, Next.js, AWS, MongoDB
• AI Acumen: Demonstrated passion for and ability to work with cutting-edge Generative AI concepts (e.g., context engineering, custom tooling).
• Versatility: Comfortable context-switching between infrastructure optimization, customer interaction, and feature development.
• On-site Policy: Must be able to work in-person 5 days per week in our San Francisco office (near the Salesforce tower).
• Visa Sponsorship is available, and H-1B transfers are welcome.

• Highly Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $275,000
