Procurement Buyer
:
Responsibilities:
· Generate purchase orders for materials and supplies as per MRP.
· Resolve daily purchasing issues and shortages within the assigned commodity.
· Manage purchase order rescheduling as necessary.
· Support cost reduction initiatives.
· Handle discrepancies in inventory and invoice resolution.
· Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
· Participate in supplier performance reviews.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS Diploma/GED required).
· Purchasing certificate preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
