Accounts receivable administrative assistant

GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.
We have partnered with an organization in the education sector looking for an AR assistant to support the financial and administrative operations of the organization.
-Have a strong understanding of AR (debits/credits) and assist with reconciliations
-Act as a key liaison for the CFOO, managing communications, documentation, and reporting across teams
-Proficient in handling confidential information, coordinating calendars and travel
-Provides financial support through budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and cost analysis.
-Assist with data entry and data collection
$65,000 - $80,000 a year
