Landscape Construction Estimator
Heritage Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team! This role ensures accurate and timely estimating for landscape installation/construction projects. You’ll conduct site visits, prepare takeoffs and bids, maintain vendor pricing, and create professional proposals/contracts. The position also involves updating and streamlining our estimating software to improve efficiency.
What You’ll Do:Perform estimates, site visits, and takeoffs for new projects
- Prepare proposals/contracts and ensure competitive, profitable bids
- Maintain estimating databases and vendor pricing
- Collaborate with management, project managers, and supervisors
- Review project costs and adjust processes for accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with landscape construction estimating and reading blueprints
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive, AutoCAD, SketchUp, VectorWorks, Photoshop, and Aspire software
- Valid CA driver’s license and insurable driving record
