Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SIR, integrations, and platform architecture .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement CMDB aligned with CSDM standards.
• Develop solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Build and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and integrations.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SIR .
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server, and Integrations.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA).
• Experience with AI capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or Now Assist.
• Experience with large enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization.
