The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our fast-growing company. This key engineering role requires a passion for infrastructure automation and operation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure frameworks and tools to automate and monitor the infrastructure of our blockchain. You will collaborate closely with developers to create infrastructure solutions that enhance the quality and speed of our software development, deployment processes, as well as monitoring and operating the infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Architect, design, implement, and maintain infrastructure frameworks for blockchain networks and backend services.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Design, develop, and document tools and pipelines to support testing, debugging, reporting, and monitoring of blockchain applications, networks, APIs, etc.
• Monitor the infrastructure, providing timely responses and escalating issues as needed.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, preferably in blockchain or distributed systems.
• Proficiency with mainstream infrastructure automation tools such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong development experience with Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Extensive operational experience and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized application (dApp) development.
• Knowledge of additional tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Helm is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
