Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are currently seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Fundraising Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with community members to promote nonprofit initiatives and fundraising campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and educating the public about each organization’s mission
• Build positive relationships with donors and supporters
• Assist with event-based fundraising efforts and outreach activities
• Accurately track donor interactions and contributions
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and fundraising goals
