Global Dimensions is seeking a Production Controller Coordinator for a position located in Barstow, CA.

The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for delegating daily work assignments. Inputs, updates, and exports information in/with GCSS Army or government approved LIS. In the absence of the Manager/Supervisor, the Production Control Coordinator takes roll call and prepares the PERSTAT, and assumes the responsibilities of the Supervisor, and will clear the RTU. Provides the status of due in equipment and supplies. Updates boxcar hand receipts, warehouse and connex inventories, maintains adjustment of document trackers. Responsible for coordinating with the property section for all Class II and VII transactions to include the replenishment of BII box car shortages and updating the daily order status in the document register. Ensures all items are calibrated and up to date. Assists with company monthly audits. Maintains BII key log and inventories. Provides logistical/administrative support management, preserves all documents pertaining to the RTU and rotation. Verifies signature cards (1687) and assumption of command memorandum for the RTU, during the one stop shop. Prepares inspection check sheet packets for RSOI and REGEN. Verifies all financial documents from RTU for clearing hand receipts. Provides customer service with the RTU. Inputs and updates share point. Maintain publications and stock area. Prepares class II request from loss, damage, or destroyed items. Maintains file cabinets inspection check sheets for RSOI and REGEN. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Complies with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and applicable COP's and DOP's. Performs clean-up duties and polices the area as assigned. Will participate in training and cross-training session as required or necessary. Will be required, on an as needed basis, to assist to perform function in alternate areas of the project. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Proficient in Microsoft suite with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must understand and be able to use technical manuals
• Must be experiences in computers and office machine usage
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must have experience in the use of GCSS-Army system
• Must have three (3) years, verifiable total experience in supply accountability and procedures
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Relevant experience must include at least twelve (2) months experience in current position
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain a military operator's permit for each type of vehicle or equipment required to operate
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work day shift and/or weekends
• Must be able to work more than 40 hours a week and holidays when required
• Must be physically capable of performing required work in extreme hot and cold, low visibility, rain, and blowing sands and dusts.
• Must be able to work under stressful circumstance and meet short suspense date
