Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports on operations and personnel changes.
  • Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and presentations using company software.
  • Provide input for designing processes to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external teams regarding administrative issues.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and manage communication within the team.
  • Schedule and coordinate team events and meetings.
  • Perform basic research and minimal project management to support manager directives.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting a manager and team.
  • Proven experience in working with vendors for project management.
  • Prior experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) is highly desirable.

Skills & Certifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including:
    • Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-reliant, and independent with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic project management and research abilities.

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree (AA), or Equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in administrative roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting managers and teams with administrative tasks.
