Administrative Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports on operations and personnel changes.
- Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and presentations using company software.
- Provide input for designing processes to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
- Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external teams regarding administrative issues.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and manage communication within the team.
- Schedule and coordinate team events and meetings.
- Perform basic research and minimal project management to support manager directives.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting a manager and team.
- Proven experience in working with vendors for project management.
- Prior experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) is highly desirable.
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including:
- Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-reliant, and independent with strong attention to detail.
- Basic project management and research abilities.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (AA), or Equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in administrative roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting managers and teams with administrative tasks.
