Outside Sales Consultant

This in-office role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping prospective homebuyers find their dream home. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, responsible for reviewing and qualifying leads from our website, and assigning prospects to our experienced sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to phone and online inquiries from prospective homebuyers.
Review and qualify leads submitted through the company website and CRM system.
Assign qualified prospects to appropriate sales team members based on location, availability, and buyer profile.
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and follow-up status.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
Provide general support to the sales department, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
Stay informed on current inventory, pricing, and community features to answer basic buyer questions.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in residential real estate or homebuilding.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Passion for helping people and a genuine interest in the housing market.
