Business Litigation Attorney
Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for a Business Litigation Associate with a minimum of two to four years of litigation experience, preferably in the technology sector, to join any of our Bay Area offices. Responsibilities will include representing clients involved in intellectual property litigation and clients facing regulatory hurdles and business-related litigation. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office.

Skills and Educational Requirements
- JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of two-four years of solid experience working on litigation matters involving product liability, trademarks, trade dress, patents, copyrights, and related matters
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus
- Ability to handle litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
- Experience with both state and federal court proceedings
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required
- Appellate experience in both federal and state courts
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000 commensurate with experience
