Electrical Engineer (level 2)

Leads a team of engineers and technicians to collaborate with cross-functional teams for the development and validation of new product features tailored to customer requirements. Is responsible for designing and developing analog and digital boards based on UL and FM approvals guidelines for electrical signal processing for real-time temperature measurement. Works on developing data acquisition (DAQ) modules based on the 32-bit microcontroller that acquires and processes electrical signals from linear heat temperature sensors. Is responsible for converting the board designs into printed circuit boards (PCBs) as per IPC standards (IPC 2221, IPC 6012). Perform material selection as per standards (IPC 4101) and generate Gerber files, assembly files, netlists, and other manufacturing files to develop those PCB boards. Analyzes and reviews the existing designs of the data processing boards for their upgradation. Creates software to acquire signals for data logging using LabVIEW. Design and implement RF low-pass and band-pass filters to suppress unwanted signals from the sensors, improving system accuracy and reliability. Integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules into the DAQ systems, enabling real-time data transmission to mobile applications and web-based visualization platforms. Conducts in-depth failure analysis to diagnose and resolve intricate electrical problems while implementing robust corrective measures. Conducts site visits to conduct technical troubleshooting, propose solutions, and provide recommendations to enhance temperature monitoring.
