JOB DESCRIPTION:
- New Apprentices and Experienced Baristas ($18-$20/hr DOE + tips + benefits) .
- Once fully trained, senior baristas will average $23-27 per hour (hourly+ tips).
- Paid professional barista training program.

- An ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong desire to grow a career with a fast-growing, family-oriented company. With positive motivation and aptitude, we will be happy to train you into a management career or to work in different parts of our company as well.
- The position requires 28-30 hours per week, and you must be flexible to work shifts any day of the week.

Founded in 2006, Caffe Luxxe is a local family-owned business based in Los Angeles which was the first to introduce artisanal coffee to the city. Caffe Luxxe owns and operates 7 cafes throughout LA (with more on the way) and its own coffee roastery located in the South Bay. The company is committed to hand-crafting the highest quality coffee for its own cafes and wholesale customers. Caffe Luxxe has been consistently rated best-tasting coffee in Los Angeles each year by local journalists and customers since our opening.
