What You'll Do

• Generate new life insurance sales through agency leads, referrals, networking, and prospecting Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance and financial protection needs
• Conduct needs-based life insurance consultations
• Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions based on client needs
• Present coverage options and explain policy benefits
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell life insurance to existing property and casualty clients
• Work toward and exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in agency systems

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Life Insurance professional who is motivated by results and wants the opportunity to build a significant book of life insurance business.

Required:

• Active California Life & Health Insurance License
• Proven insurance or financial services sales experience
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with clients
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable asking questions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Experience selling Life Insurance, Financial Services, Retirement Products, Annuities, or other protection products is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$60,000 Base Salary

$100,000$220,000+ Total Earning Potential
